offer to pick you up and/or drop you
off at your Home or Hotel within our
service area. The times published on
our website are approximate
departure times from the city and
will be verified by our
Dispatch Department the night before
your trip by e-mail. This service is
perfect for those who do not have
the means to get to one of our
station locations. This is a shared
shuttle which means there will be
multiple stops for both departures
and arrivals.
How does Door Pick Up & Drop Off
Service Work?
Once reservations closes the day
before your scheduled trip, our
Dispatch Department will map out the
route for the following day and
email each passenger directly to
confirm their pick up time via
e-mail the day before the trip.
The times published on our
website are approximate pick up
times and can vary. However, the
arrival time is generally an
accurate estimate but can vary
depending on how many drop off
requests there are. Please plan
accordingly!
Note: If you
choose an address outside of our
service area, we will automatically
choose a destination closest to your
desired point of travel and inform
you by e-mail.

all the way up to 167th Street.
Our service area in Miami includes
all Hotels and Private Homes in
Miami EAST of the Palmetto, NORTH of

SOUTH of County Line Road. Please
note that the furthest Southwest we
travel would be the Town & Country
Mall on the corner of SW 88th Street
(Kendall Drive) and SW 117th Avenue.
Passengers from Homestead and points
south of Kendall Drive and West of

location we can pick you up or drop

most convenient location would be in
front of the Cheesecake Factory
Restaurant.
Guests traveling to or from The
Disney Area, Lake Buena Vista,
Celebration and all Hotels along
Highway 192 from Disney World all
the way East to the Florida
Turnpike. Passengers from St Cloud -
the closest location we can pick you
up or drop you off would be the Hess
Gas Station on 192 and the Florida
Turnpike. Passengers from Davenport,

Schedules & fares vary day to day.
The most economical tickets are those purchased
in advance. Ticket Fares go up the closer you
get to your travel date. Booking last minute
will result in
higher fares. Want to save money? Book more than
7 days in advance. It's that easy!
What is the Refund & Cancellation Policy?
All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once you
purchase your ticket, NO CHANGES can be
made. If you do not travel on your trip, you
are not entitled to a refund under any
circumstances.
Are
reservations necessary?
Yes, the bus frequently
sells out and only stops where it is scheduled.
We do not accept passengers without a
reservation under any circumstances
Can I pay
for my tickets on the bus?
No, to assure that you
have a seat, you must pay for the reservation in
advance using a Visa, MasterCard or Discover. We
accept Credit and Debit Check Cards. We
do not accept passengers on the bus without a
reservation!
How do I
make a reservation?
Book online by clicking on
"Reservations" at the top of every page. Cash is
not accepted.
Can I book by phone?
We do not accept reservations by telephone.
What do I need to board the bus?
You only need a valid Photo ID and your
Confirmation Number. You will be able to
view your Confirmation and Boarding Pass if
you choose to print it. You do not require a
paper ticket. You will also receive a
confirmation and receipt by e-mail.
Are food and
beverages allowed?
Yes, food and beverages
are allowed, but alcohol is not permitted.
What are
some good items to bring on bus?
Smart phone, laptop
computer, MP3 player, books, magazines, camera,
snacks, and an a travel pillow.
Do you allow
cell phone use?
Cell phone use is permitted but is limited with
respect and courtesy to your fellow passengers.
Do you offer
Wi-Fi service?
Wi-fi service is offered on all busses and some
vans. Service Availability is not guaranteed.
How many
bags can I take?
You are allowed one
suitcase and one carry-on per person free of
charge. After that, there is a nominal fee.
(That will be on the Reservation Form)
Can children
travel alone ?
Yes, with a letter of authorization from the
child's legal custodian.
How far in
advance should I buy tickets?
Miami & Orlando are a popular vacation
destination in the U.S. Bus tickets do sell out.
You can purchase your tickets up to 1 year in
advance or as little as 2 hours in advance.
